Product Description

Japanese environment friendly medical waste incinerator

Cleared the Ministry of Welfare's Infectious Medical Waste Disposal Guidelines

for infectious waste.

High performance smokestack cleared for use under Dioxin regulations.

Our incinerators are extremely strong and durable, and can be used safely with

peace of mind thanks to their automatic control systems.

Product Description

Burners are equipped within the primary and secondary firing chambers,

enabling the incinerator to quickly reach and maintain temperatures of over 700°C.

An automatic combustion temperature recording device comes standard to allow users

to manage incinerator temperature.

Our proprietary MMW system protects against abnormally high internal temperatures

with sensors that automatically sense when the internal temperature has risen too

high as a result of burning waste with high heating values or because of

inserting too much waste.

<Automatic Combustion Temperature Control System>
Incinerators constantly maintain a solid balance between combustion air and

generated gas amounts by supplying logical amounts of combustion air from

the left and right internal walls while also internally spraying water through a spray

nozzle to suppress sudden thermal decomposition that occurs as a result of

overheating when the firing chamber exceeds a designated temperature.

As a result, the incinerator is able to achieve stable smoke-extinguished burning.

The spray nozzle, which is subjected to high temperatures during burning,

is constantly cooled through combustion air that is blown out from around the nozzle

area, protecting against damage resulting from radiant heat and clogging resulting from

unburned carbon adhesion.

<Exhaust Pipes>
The exhaust pipes are made of steel-sheets with aluminum alloy (Almar processed)

plating for superior heat and corrosion resistance. In addition, the incinerators are

made to be able to endure extremely high temperatures with heat-resistant castable

material lined on the bottom of the interior.
* Almar processing refers to aluminum-alloy plating and is a type of composite metal

processing achieved using welding base materials, alloy layers, and aluminum layers.

Products created with this process are widely used due to being superior in terms of

mechanical strength and corrosion, weather, heat, and abrasion resistance achieved

as a result of the special properties of each layer.

<Dry Dust Collector> Suppresses dust and particulate matter emissions. Equipped with

a dry-type axial flow direct cyclone that collects dust and particulate matter through

centrifugal force, allowing the product to protect against secondary pollution of the

atmosphere caused by particulate matter diffusion.
