Lead-free solder plated copper wire (NSL wire)
Our company manufactures lead-free,

solder plated copper wire (NSL wire) using lead-free solder (tin: 99.2%, copper: 0.8%).
Features of NSL wire:
(1) "Pre-solder" ability thanks to the thickly placed plating
(2) The unique plating method produces thermal decoloration resistance
(3) Strong adhesion strength due to the alloy layer formed between the copper and

tin with the hot plating method
(4) Whiskers are less likely to occur due to the hot plating method

Our lead wires are designed specifically for lead wire purposes.

Our wire processing is high precision,

and our wires do not become tangled when using a bobbin.

Our standard products come as either 4kg or 20kg wrapped bobbins.
