SDKELI safety relays fulfills the safety requirments of ISO 13849-1Cat.4, Safety level: Type4

CSRM safety relay fulfills the safety requirements of ISO13849- 1Cat.4, applies to monitoring of signals of industry field with high safety requirements, including emergency stop signal, safety gate switch signal, safety light curtain signal, safety light curtain signal with pulse output and two-hands button signal.

1. The relay contacts are positively guided, to monitor more effectively and more safety.

2. The CSRM has smaller external dimensions, be connected with plug-in terminals for easy installation.

3. CSRM has 3NO and 1NC control output signal with higher control ability.

CSRMA- monitoring 2 NC switches

1. Monitor 2 channel NCswitches, such as emergency stop buttons,safety gate switches etc.

2. Monitor short circuit between the 2-channel NC switches.

3. The module can also monitor short-circuit and open-circuit respectively and locks out while the switchs is inconformity

with rach other.

4. Auto-reset and manual-reset patterns acn be provided. At the pattern of manual reset, the reset button can be tested, and

single reset is mandatory named as the next can be operated only after opening the reset button.

CSRMB-monitoring 2 transistor signals

Monitor 2-channel PNP signals or NPN signals, such as optoelectronic switch, safety light curtain etc.

Monitor 2-channel NC switches coordinating with the peripheral circuits.

Self-tested by full-circuit and locks out while the two signals is inconformity each other.

Work normally when the residual voltage of it is more than 10V with a wider range of adaptability to transistors.

Monitor safety light curtains with pulse output signals.

Narrow wave band filter design with the center frequency of 4KHz, to avoid false triggering

Applicable to all types of light curtains of SDKELI.

Monitor two-hands button signals.

The consistency of the signals can be detected.While the triggering time of the signals exceeds 0.5 s, it is considered as invalid

triggering.

The module works with two loops, and self-tested by full circuit.It locks out while the two signals is inconformity with each other.
