7) WARRANTY PROCEDURE

In the case that the customer discovers a defective unit.

1. The customer lets the distributor/YIYA know of the defective unit(s).The customer is requested to hold the unit in storage for verification.

2. Please include a packing list or other document outlining the products along with the serial umber you are submitting for warranty credit. This gives us a checklist for matching with the ags/units we receive.

3. In the next order of transformers, new units will be added free of charge to replace the defective ones.

4 The defective units being stored at the customer’s site/storage shall be presented to the distributor or YIYA representatives upon request.
