This product is widely used in high power transmitter,radar, high power transistor, nuclear test device and instruments for aerospace, aviation and metallurgy etc.

It can be operated at -60°C-200°Cfor long time. It has excellent electrical property and flame-retardant characteristics and no poisonous gas is exhausted especially at high temperature burning. SiO2 thus resulted from this burning still adheres cable core and maintains the cable insulation property and conducting performance.

(2)Finished cable immersed in warm water can withstand do high voltage test for 5min listed in the following table without breakdown:

(3) Heat resistant test: winding after +200°C,2h without breakdown;

(4)Cold resistant test; winding after -60°C,2h without crack;

(5)Solvent resistant test: first after +135°C during for 5h, immersed in high strength insulated paint at 50°C,for 320 min. Remove and wipe it. After +135 0C,48h drying, winding insulation layer does not crack, breakdown and become tacky.
