Amino Acid Protein ( Feed Grade )

1) Property:

It contains more than 65% crude protein, is an ideal protein-supplement feed with low-cost and high-quality. It can partly replace fish meal, soybean meal and other high-protein feedstuff.

2) Specification:

Benefits:

a) It contains full range of amino acids, can be decomposed and absorbed easily, with high digestion and absorption rate. Its nutrition is much better than dregs and meals. And it regulates the feed taste, also promotes appetite.

b) It supplements nutrition quickly and enhances feed efficiency. All amino acids it contains are hydrolyzed free amino acid, can be absorbed quickly with no digestive loss. It enhances the usage of other nutrition because of the composition effect of amino acids.

c) It promotes the growth of fur. This product is made from soybean meal or hydrolyzed keratin, rich in 8 essential amino acids, among them, Valine, isoleucine, leucine and phenylalanine are raw materials when animal synthesizing hormones and enzymes, they promote protein synthesis while decreasing the breaking down. Cystine, tyrosine and serine are conducive to the growth of the animal fur. Animals get rosy skin and bright fur after eating.

d) Adding this product into animal feed can improve feed efficiency, promote growth rate, shorten the breeding cycle, improve the animal digestive function, reduce disease and enhance immunity.

e) This product is rich in 16 kinds of amino acids, can balance amino acid ratio in feed, improve the nutritional value, lower feed conversion ratio, shortened feeding cycle. Partial substitution of soybean cake, peanut cake and fish meal, can increase the yielding by 4-10%.

f) when add into aquaculture feed, it can promote phytoplankton growth, increase water nitrogen source, enhance crude protein content in fish and shrimp, increase animal nutrition, reduce the cost of concentrate feed and complete feed. It has certain bonding ability, can enhance the stereotypes of feed pellets.

g) It contains organic calcium, promotes livestock, poultry, fish and shrimp on absorption of calcium, hence reduce diseases caused by calcium deficiency.

h) This product also improves bacterial swine enteritis; piglet anemia caused by Diarrhea and Eperythrozoon Suis, and significantly reduces the damage caused by high copper. On poultry, it has the effect of anticoccidial, prevents foot periostitis, as well as chronic respiratory diseases.

4) Application:

Apply to different growth stages and during different physiological livestock, poultry, and aquatic animals.

Note: for concentrate and premixed feed, expand the proportion according to species (such as in 30% concentrated feed, add 5-7%). Please double the amount when animal reduces intake, and adjust the actual usage according to animal species, stage.

Method:

Pigs, chickens, ducks and other livestock----replacement 20-30% of total soybean meal, cotton meal and fish meal. (That’s to add 20-40 KGs into per ton full feed, meantime reduce 20-50KGs fish meal soybean meal or other protein feed)

Fish, shrimp and other aquatic animals----add 5-8% into compound feed, by the ratio of 1:1, instead 30-50% of soybean meal, cotton meal, rapeseed meal, etc.

Effects:

1) Promote livestock and poultry growth, increase yield; promotes plankton growth, increase fish and shrimp yield.

2) Apply small amount, replace part of the same amount of soybean meal and fish meal, can reduce cost of raw protein materials. Shorten the feed cycle of pigs by 10-15 days; chickens and ducks 5-10 days.

3) Supplement nitrogen efficiently, contains no urea and melamine, can effectively complement the crude protein content in full feed.

5) Package and Storage:

Package: woven bags with PE liner, 25kgs net;

Storage: in sealed and dry, cool place. Tie up the liner bag, keep sealed after using.
