Processing:

Process 2:crude separation by single champer sorting machine

Process 3: the raw materials are washed with detergent for at least one and half hours for 9times and cleaned with water for at least one hour for 10times, dehydrated for 2 times.

Process 4: dried in steam drier at temperature 120°C for at least 30 minutes

Process 5: cooled for 60 minutes, separated into five classes in separator.

Process 6:inspected the material,if passed then taking grey duck feather into package,choosing compressed bale.
