Plastic is divided into different kinds, oil rate is different also. Besides, processing time is different according to dry and wet plastics. If wet plastics, will need long time, cause at beginning, reactor just play as a dryer, change the water into steam, then pyrolysis plastics. If dry plastics, processing time will shorter.

Here need to point out, PVC and PET Cannot use as raw material, because no oil contain.

Working process (we take 10tons of dry material as example)

5-6 Hours could finish feeding (feeding process is continuously, totally will need 3-5 times could finish, because as we know plastics is easily heated to shrink)

2 Hours cooling down the reactor

1 Hour discharge carbon black

If use wet material, process time will be longer (feeding time and preheating time will be longer than dry material, other procedures are same), because at beginning our machine just play as a dryer, more water content, longer drying time needed.

Can the machine process both waste tires and waste plastics?

Yes, our machine could process both waste tires and waste plastics.

Can we pyrolyze waste tyres and waste plastics together?

We don’t advise you pyrolyze tire and plastics together, because plastics and tires its oil quality is different, besides, plastics usually contain more moisture, so whole process time needed will be longer than tires.

What kind of fuel material could be used to warm up the machine?

Coal, Wood, Fuel Oil, Natural gas

During working process will also produce some flammable gas which could be recycled into fire furnace heating reactor also.

How much land area need for the machine?

Usually 300-400 square meters.
