Process of the raw material:

De-dusting: remove the sand and dustWashing: the raw material are washed with detergent for at least one and half hours and cleand with water for at least one hour, hydrated for one hour. Airing & drying: dried in drying machine at temperature 120°C for 30 minutes, the purpose is to degrease, deodorize, disinfect and sterilize, this process listed to guarantee our products are anti-microbial,hypoallergenic and with high cleanliness.Cooling: cooling for 60 minutes, this step also can de-dust.Inspection:to promise our product duck feather 2-4cm is up to the standard. European Standard for WWDF 2-4cm
