1 Properties and characteristics of products:

KY-2510 is a new type and highly efficient antifoam emulsion. The product is special for the foam-controlling in the process of pulp producing. The defoamer can decrease the air inlet amount in the production so that to enhance the water discharge.

3 Usage way and dosage:

1,Using flow control pump add the antifoamer in to the foam-making liquid, the suggesting usage is 0.08 ~ 0.5kg antifoamer for 1000kgs pulp liquid. The final expectation value is 0.05~0.3kg antifoamer for 1000kgs of pulp(air drying).

2,Diluting the antifoamer to control the adding amount, just adding tap water or demineralized water while mixing, the diluted antifoamer should be used within 12 hours.

3,the best dosage of the antifoamer should be determined by the detail production condition.

4 Applications:

this product is for foam control in chemical pulping especially for black liquor in pulp production.

5 Product packaging and storage:

1), this product is packed with 25L, 50L, or 200L plastic drum or 200L steel drum,

2). This product should be stored between 5 and 35 °C (41 and 95°F) in unopened container, the shelf life of the product is six months since the date of production.

3). The products according to the non-dangerous goods storage and transportation.
