Product Technical Data

Surface Cleaning	Remove wax, silicon, or other contaminations with degreaser.
Mixing Ratio	Putty: Hardener=100: 1.5-3 (by weight)
Application Method	Directly spread thin coat by coat. Flash-off time of every coat is 10-15 minutes.
Application Tool	Putty knife, soft rubber or plastic spreader.
Dry to Sand	At 25°C, 30 minutes, allow longer drying time for thick coating.
Sanding	Wet sanding with P800-P1000; Dry sanding with P600-P800

Color:

Light yellow filler and yellow hardener.

Note:

1. Most of the filler should be sanded out. Only 2-5% of spreading area could be left.

2. The filler is not suitable to apply directly on bare metals.

3. Spray topcoat directly after sanding in case of small area application. For large areas, it is recommended to use 2K primer surfacer prior to topcoat.

4. Please seal the can tightly after use to avoid skinning.

FAQ

1 .Do not apply the putty directly on the reactive primers, anodized aluminium, unary acrylic and nitrocelluloseproducts.

2.Clean and degrease the entire panel to be repaired with soap and water, followed by a mild cleaning solvent.

3.Thoroughly dry surface before repairing. Keep the repair area small.

4.Please seal the can tightly after use to avoid skinning.

5. Do not add other reagents to reduce its consistency. Do not water sanding until the surface is completely dry.

6. Keep in sealed containers in cool, well ventilated place, away from sources of fire and heat. Direct sunlight should be avoided.

7.Never return mixed filler to can. Keep can closed and store in a cool dry place.
