The non-fried noodles might be different because of the addition added. Now we have non-fried rib noodles and non-fried egg noodles. Non-fried noodles are different from the fried ones. In the process of manufacturing, we choose drying with heat blowing, which means we dehydrate and dry the steamed wet noodle in the environment with a temperature of 70-90°C. It is avoid the oil, so it is not easy to become oxidized or sour. And at the meantime, the nutrition is keep at most in this way. The noodles become more cooking residence and soaking residence. We can say it is more healious(means healthy and delicious)!
