Construction of Dry Magnetic Separator

The whole magnetism system adopts high performance rare earth neodymium iron boron materials and the high quality ferrites materials, and an ingenious open magnetic circuit, so the highest magnetic induction intensity of tube surface reaches more than 0.8T which is 3-5 times than the conventional machines, and the selective area owns the same magnetic field strength of electromagnetic ore separator.

Working Principle of Dry Magnetic Separator

When the separated minerals are uniformly fed into the top of the separation cylinder through the vibrating feeder, the non magnetic materials are thrown from the rotating cylinder, and the magnetic materials are attracted to cylinder by the strong magnetic force.

The selective tube is made of wear-resisting stainless steel.
The materials to be selected so evenly transported to the top of the selective tube through the vibrating feeder, then the nonmagnetic material is eliminated while the tube revolves.
On the contrary, the magnetic materials is attached to the tube through the magnetic field force.
