Shipping charges are based on the volume of goods, your shipping address and the service level you choose - Air or Sea

(express or normal) by container (20ft or 40ft).

Q: When should we order for Christmas to receive our goods in time for the Christmas Season?

A: To avoid not receiving your goods on time, production delays, quality control, high shipping cost, order your decorations

by early September.

Q: What is your Payment Terms?

A: 50% deposit with your confirmation order, the balance on completion or prior to shipping.

Q: Can we change the delivery date and not collect the order as agreed upon?

A: Please discuss with your Sales Representative, prior to completion, as most orders can not be held after the agreed date.

Q: What is EXW Price?

A: The price quoted applies only at the point of origin, the seller agrees to have the goods at the buyers disposal at the

specified place within the fixed time period. All other cost is on the buyers account.

Q: What is FOB Price?

A: The seller quotes the buyer a price that covers all costs up to and including the loading of goods aboard a vessel (only
