Q:How about the quality ,and how does your quality control?

A: Acquire the CE & FDA Certification. 100% QC in produce process and before package. We have a professional QC team, we will control the goods quality during all the mass production.

Q:What the regular MOQ for your product, and delivery time?

A: Depend on you choice which model and products, different product will have different MOQ, but for regular product, we can do it base on 100 pcs per color, 3 colors allowed.

Delivery time usually need 30-60 days.

Q:Could I buy 1pc sample first and small order?

A: Of course, support sample order and small order, especially for new customers under certain condition.

Q:How long to make a sample?

A: 2 Weeks

Q:If we have our own supplier which don't have export service, can you do agent for us?

A: We have agent service for our customer, if you need any help, pleasure feel free to contact us.

Q:If we want to develop some new item, but maybe we just have some idea, how can youdo, do you have person to design according to my concept?

A: Certainly, we have a professional designer team to help our customer dodesign work, and we can make new mold base on your idea, generally, if yourquantity is more enough, we can refund the mold cost to you.

Q:Could I put my own logo on it?

A: Sure, customers' logo can be made by laser, engraved, embossed, transfer printing etc.

Q:Should I pay extra for logo printing?

A: Normally USD0.10/pc per color, according to the actual situation.
