Introduction:

CZHX-01 is a highly effective anti-foaming compound agent which is designed based on the features of pulping process. It contains various active de-foam materials and manufactured by refined production craft. It is used in the pulping industry for foam control.

Features:

1. Good emulsion stability, low consumption, and not easily to attach to the equipment and screen cloth, raise the operating efficiency and cleaning degree of pulp.

2. Low consumption. Under the conditions of high temperature and strong alkali, this product could defoam rapidly, and its deforming effect lasts much longer than ordinary organosilicone defoamers.

3. This product can be applied in high temperature and strong alkali conditions and other critical chemical cleaning course and as well as chemical reaction course.

4. This product is non-toxic, odorless, conducive to producing safety.

Usage:

Diluted this product with cold clean water 20 to 50 times, select a foaming point. Add this diluted solution. As for the adding methods, spraying will achieve a better performance.

Dosage: 0.05 ~ 0.2 ‰ of its solution concentration

Packaging and Storage:

1. Plastic cask (25kg, 50kg, 200kg,1000 kg) package.

2. It is a non-toxic and non flammable product. Keep sealed when storage. Place this product in a cool, sheltered place.

3. Shelf life lasts for 6 months, no clear stratification.
