1. Q:Is your company manufacturer?

A: Yes, we are the foundry located in Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province, very near from Shanghai Port.

2. Q: Wha's the useful about your products?

A: Our steel castings can be used in heavy machinery and construction equipment in all kinds of industries.

3. Q:How about your quality control?

A: We have very strictly quality control. Our qualified rate is no less than 99%. Every process need to be checked rigorously.

4. Q: How about the sample?

A: Usually our products areproduced by customer's drawing, there is no sample, just trial order.

5. Q: How about the develiry?

A: It's according to your quantity, usually the trial order is within 90 days, because we need to order the wood pattern and design the foundry technology for the first time, and the following order is within 60 days.

6. Q: Can you make packing and logo as customer required?

A: Yes, we can, but in some cases the customer need to pay the extra cost, it need to be discussed.

7. Q: Why is the span of price so big?

A: Our product is not normal, usually producing by the customer's drawing. So the price depends on the materials, machining requirements and inspection standards.

8. Q:What about your NDT inspection?

A: We have X-ray, UT, MT and PT inspection to meet the customer's NDT.
