Structure of the machine
1.Platform
It is made of stainless steel. And it is equipped with moving wheel and set screw,
which make the moving and fixing easier.
2.cup laying system
It is made of platform,slide,cup storehouse,cup pushing cylinder.The formwork is
made of aluminum alloy.
3.filling system
Storing tank is made of 304 stainless steel. It is controlled by quantitative piston

pump and revolving gear, making stable filling.
Fruit dices is measured by volumetric cup.
4.sealing system
The film feeding is driven by servo motor, fixed length feeding to save the film.
Contrasting to the synchronization feeding, it can save about 45% film.
