The comapny having the dredging business since 1992, cuttersuction dredger size from 8inch to 26inch, water flow from 600m3/h to 8000m3/h, solid capacity from 120 cubic meter per hour to 1600 cubic meter/h, dredging depth underwater can be from 6m to 25m with submersible dredging pump, distance can be 600m to 3000m with booster staion, the engine can be Cummins engine or Deuts engine or according to customer's requirement.

There are testing center inside the factory for dredger testing before ex-factory.

In oder to guarantee good performance and safety of our cutter suction dredger, all our products will be tested in the testing center before ex-factory, it is tested like the machine working in the customer’s working site. Performance and safety will be tested and recorded in the testing process. Usually, the buyer can also surpervise the testing process before dismantle the dredger.

A. Preparing work before testing

1). Before 2 weeks of dredger testing, we will inform customers to our factory for dredger testing;
if customer cannot come, videos and pictures will be sent to them for references.
2). After dredger assembly finished in the testing center, the dredger deck and pontoons are cleaned;
if any parts are broken or painting are damaged, repairing and repainting before testing.
3). Moor dredger in a safe place before testing.
4). Check all conditions of machinery installation and connections before the testing.
If any parts are not installed reasonable or any connection parts are loosened or any parts are missed for installation, then repaired or reinstalled.
5). Get all oil and cooling water ready and put into machines for before testing.

B. Testing contents
1). Check working condition of electricity connection when all machines are working.
2). Using of the emergency pump to check operation conditions of hydraulic system,
and mechanical dredging work.
3). After operation of system working condition checked, check engines running and power capacity.
4). After engines’ testing finished, dredging pump will be tested and rotates at different speed with fresh water.
5). Upon testing completion of electricity system, hydraulic system, engines, and dredging pump, main hydraulic pump will be opened and hydraulic system load performance is tested, in order to check operation of the work of the various hydraulic machinery and systems.

C. After testing
1). After testing finished, all equipment performances and testing recorded will be printed as report.
After all report finished, send to customer as review.
2).After testing, do a good job on dredger and workers safety.
3). After testing, all work about dredger dismantle should be prepared and let customer knows when and what time will do the delivery.

1). This is a kind of self propelled or non-self propelled cutter suction dredger, dismantle type and can be assembly at working site.

Main engine is diesel engine of Cummins M-seris and MWM China according to different models of cutter suction dredger. It is using for sand dredging or mud dredging in the river, lake, port, sea, and reservoir. For this machine, the seller is responsible for installation and debugging and training workers how to operate or maintaining, while the buyer for the payment.

2). Cummins engine and Deuts engine to show

The engine can be Cummins engine or Deuts engine according to customer requirement.

Our dredger is transported in BULK not not container. Because of the width and length of engine room is bigger

than container's size; also for the convenient maintaining in the long run.

3). Hydraulic system inside engine room.

There are hydraulic system drawings when the dredger is shipment. All of the needed spares and so on.

4). Hydraulic winch

There are traversing winch and swing winch on the dredger for lifting and moving. Hydraulic motor is from good brand and quality is guaranteed.

5) Cutter head in producing and finished

Transportation

After the testing, the dredger is dismantle and repainted again, then packing for transportation. The transportation is divided into 2 parts, one is from the factory to the Tianjin port as the loading port, and the other is from Tianjin port to the destination port.

From the factory to the Tianjin port, trucks are using for transportation. Detailed transportation list and drivers information will be recorded and send to the forwarder for supervising before cargo leaving the factory.

Because pontoons of dredger are designed wider and longer, they are transported in bulk vessel from the sea. And also in the transportation process, pontoons are anti-corrosion paint, then it doesn’t matter which place they will be put, in the deck or at the bottom of the vessel.

Lug and safe point hoist have been designed on the deck of the pontoon; it is convenient for loading and unloading.

40HQ container is also available for transportation for the custom made small dredger, while it is the Qingdao Port for loading.

Mark will be painting on the dredger pontoon before shipping, so that the customer will find the cargo conveniently and easily when custom clearance.

After the dredger is put on the vessel for shipping from, we will send loading pictures to our customer to inform the cargo transportation. Because in the transportation process, bulk vessel walking schedule does not find in the website, we will call or send email to customers for the vessel port schedule.
