It is suitable for capsule, tablet, big honey pill, candy, liquid, paste, one injector as

well as irregular shape Al-plastic, paper-plastic composite and Al-Al sealing packing

in pharmacy, healthcare, food, cosmetics, medical equipment industry etc.

1. Features:

1. Blister forming, heat-sealing, lot number printing, avulsion line impressing and cutting all adopt gear mandrel orientation, each can move freely in the mandrel when rotating the hand wheel.
2. Manipulator towing, adjustable travel range, which can fit for blister packing of different sizes.
3. Positive pressure forming matched with mechanical punch ensures well blister forming.
4. Collocate with special automatic feeder to fit for different goods such as ampoule, vial, syringe, big honey pill, medical appliance or other special shapes.
5. Main transmission part adopts parallel axis and bevel wheel speed reducer.
6. Forming, heat-sealing and impressing moulds adopt bolt orientating which leads to precise orientation, easy to change moulds and material saving.
7. Detachable design makes the machine easy to be carried and installed according to user’s requirement.

Notes:

•Eye marking sealing device with sensor trace can be added for option
•Ink-jet printer can be added for option

• Camera detection and ejection system can be added for option.

Installing and Commission:

We will install and test the machine in best working condition before shipment. If customer requires our technician to adjusting the machine and train technician at arrival place, we will send technician there. All our expenses including round-trip air ticket to the nearest airport, local conveyance to your factory, Lodging&Boarding expenses shall be payable by you. In case the stay of our technician, additional service fee will be charged .

Warranty period:

One year for fully machine guarantee. And in this year if the machine broken caused by mechanical problem, all of the spare part is free. The service of the machine all though the machine’s life.
