1. Q:How long the memory card record?

A: The police camera support 2G/4G/8G/10G card. Usually the camera supports 720P or 1080P. More details as below:

A: Yes It support. The camera built in 6pcs IR light. The IR distance is 5-8meters.

3. Q: How long the battery working for?

A: It can work 5-8workings. For different video res. 720P/1080P, IR light on or not etc, the recording time would be different.

4. Q: Can I delete or edit the recording data directly?

A: For camera user you can't delete or edit the data(video/audio/photo) directly via the machine directly. Only the Admin User install special software and connect the camera via USB cable to the PC. Then input the right password to manage the data. It needs to ensure the evidence is correct and objective.

5. Q: How long the video record and keep as each unit, 1minute, 2minutes, 10minutes or just keep recording?

A: 10minutes as per unit.

6. Q: Is it auto overwrite when full?

A: No. It will stop recording when full. The screen can show what capacity will left in the card. When full you need to connect to the PC and move the data to control centre.

7. Q: May I add or reduce some function of this police camera?

A: Yes, OEM or ODM is acceptable. The OEM type MOQ is 200pcs. The ODM type need to pay some design fee.

8. Q: What is the payment, delivery time and warranty?

A: Payment TT, western union, money gram, paypal is ok. The delivery time is 2-3working days for sample afer payment. The warranty is 1 year.
