The sturdy base is supported by four feet and is made with stainless steel sheathing secured to the tubular frame. The base houses the motor and drive gears and it is accessible through stainless steel removeable doors. The rinser-filler-capper is motorized by a single AC electric motor and controlled by an inverter, which allows for variable speed operation. Operating speed of the rinser-filler-capper is synchronized.

The electric panel contains the inverter, motor starters, the PLC, and other electromechanical components for the operating of the machine. The inverter enables the operator to vary the rate of production. This variable speed control feature enables the operator to synchronize the rinser-filler-capper with other packaging machines running on the same line. Emergency stop button is mounted on front of touch screen panel.

The plastic bottles are fed into the Rinsing station by means of an infeed air conveyor.A star wheel then transfers the bottle to neck holding gripper.The rinsing robot indexes the bottle 180°and activates the rinsing valves to rinse bottles internally. the water then drains out the bottle and automatically turned over to an upright position.

After bottles being rinsed, They are conveyed,separated and positioned on individual filling station by starwheel under custom designed OVERFLOW filling valves. Based on a bottle being present the filling process begins at a filling rate. Once the set filling level target is achieved, the flow of the product is delivered to the OVERFLOW system, the filling process stops, and full containers are discharged from the filling station.

After bottles being filled, They are conveyed ,separated and positioned on individual capping station by starwheel. The caps are presorted and fed on the sliding table of the machine. The continuously rotating chucks pick up and secure the caps, then apply the caps to the containers. When the preset applied torque value is achieved, the magnetic clutch disengages, the chuck releases the cap and the

closed container is discharged from the machine to discharge conveyor for labeling.
