Design: after we received your order,our engineers and technicians analysis processing technics to generate procedures according to the drawings , and then make the working plans for the products.

Make the work plan: with technicians around ,well trained operators follow the working plan work on each procedure. use digital control lathes,polishing machine, milling machines,stamping machines,high-frequency induction quenching machines.etc.

Action:strict and experienced QC team inspecting on every working procedure.use high quality test equipment as hard meter,image survey meter ,etc.also run teats like metallographic analysis.

Inspection: After Final Quality Control (FQC), we pack goods carefully.
