1.About Color

color tolerance can not be avoid, as different display have differnet screen resolution and pictures color are diffent in differnet weather and light . We try to make the fur coat color tolorance smaller.

2.About Fur fall off Problem

All of our coat is the newest product, no other customer wear &test,So Fur fall off is normal phenomenon,as real animal fur will fall off at the beginning, like our human’s hair, It’s normal. Please try to shake and slap when receive the goods , to help the oppressed fur turns back.

3.About Delivery;

We will send goods within 7 days, as we have strictly quality control system, and sometimes don’t have stock with your same size, have to produce,so If special size customized,please contact with us. Happy to produce according to your request
