Working Process of Distillation Plant --- waste oil recycling to diesel

Distillation plant have two systems:

A. Distillation System

1. Put pyrolysis oil or engine oil into reactor by oil pump.

2. Heating reactor.

3. High temperature oil gas will be cooled down to pure pyrolysis oil by condensers.

B. Purification System

1. After distillation system, pyrolysis oil should go through purification tankⅠandⅡwhere some catalyst for removing color.

2. Then oil go into removing smell tank and add some decolorant for removing irritating smell.

3. Finally, you can get about 85%~92% diesel.

4. Professional thermometer, pressure gauge and safety valve.

5.It is dangerous to burn exhaust gas(C1 to C4) without any safety measures. In our process, it is transferred first through the safety device and safe gas gun. Before burning, we should ensure the safety of production.

Our Services

1. Installation and Training : We will send 1 technician for machine installation,commissioning and training your workers. Installation period shall be 30 days. You need prepare for workers ( welder, wireman, construction workers) forklift, water source to cooperate with our engineer to finish the installation. You shall pay salary for the technician with 50 USD per day and also the round-trip ticket and accommodation.

2. Warranty : The warranty period is 5 year. The problem caused by wrong operation of workers shall not be responsible by our company.

3. Delivery time: Within 12 working days after receive the advance money.
