CNC Prototypes Manufacturing

(Generally Plastic & Metal Prototype be finished in 5-7 days)

We are able to machining plastic or metal prototypes from your 2D or 3D drawing.

If you need to get a prototype in the correct material then CNC machining is a great option.

We machining parts up to 1000mmx570mmx200mm or should your part be larger than this we can fabricate and assemble to provide a larger part.
Also we offer general CNC machining of short runs of components’ for production.
CNC prototypes are preferred choice when you require function, tight tolerances and when parts must be in a specific plastic or metal production material.

CNC Prototypes Advantages

1.Machining many materials that is economically available to choose.

2. Typical accuracy is +/-0.1mm with the ability to hold tight tolerances and high precision.
3 .The cost is cheaper than even SLA, SLS, FDM rapid prototypes depending on the geometry.

Silicone Mould & Small batch producion

Silicone mould can be produced from the master made by the RP. After the CNC sample is sanded and polished to the surface, finished required of the part, then in turn to make the Rapid silicone mould.
Its application is mainly to produce plastics in small batch by vacuum and gravity casting method. The materials normally used are PU Epoxy. The batch size is from several pieces to over hundreds.
Color matched to Pantone or supplied sample.
Silicone: T4 from USA
Available material: ABS, PP, PC, PA (Nylon), Rubber and PMMA.

Silicone Mold Advantage:
1. Fast tooling, normal 1 to 2 days to complete the mould.
2. Fine details can be copied
3. Easy to release parts from the mould due to the non-stick property of the silicone rubber .
4. Good surface finish.

Finishing service
We operates a full finishing painting and texturing service.
Prototypes can be dressed in accordance with customer requirements.
