Our raw materials of steel plate is hot-roll with high strength, coming from top five steel factories in China mainland. The steel grade is Q235B and Q345B. All steel components are calculated based on structural analysis and load. The production procedures mainly include flame cutting, welding&combination, mechanical rectify, mechanical punching hole, shot blasting for rust removed, and surface treatment with painting or galvanizing.
