2. Compact structure

Wood chippers commonly have one in-feed rollers, but our DP series wood chipper with 2 hydraulic rollers, that grab timber and force them through steel blades to chip the wood. The woodchips are then discharged through a chute at the rear of the cutting chute.

3. Big chipping capacity

These large wood chippers can chip wood with diameter 125~250mm, mainly used for industry. All DP series chip machine with 3 chipping blades, they can be sharpened and they are easy to replace.

4. More than 2 cylinders

DP series wood chipper with more than 2 cylinders, this make it more powerful when chipping the wood. It can chip the wood completely to 2-5mm. It makes DP wood chippers have embodied operational reliability and high efficiency.

5. Self-feeding system

DP series wood chipper with self-feeding system and it have 2 hydraulic feed rollers. The feeding speed can be adjusted. It's safe to operate. Replacing the traditional wood chipper directly feed into, careless piece of metal as well as serious damage to the disadvantage of the chipper machine.

6. Large opening funnel

DP series wood chipper max size opening of funnel can be 250*280mm. Large feed openings and long feed conveyors make it easy to feed from short to long and large-diameter wood.

The 360 degree adjustable with discharge chute enables safe and convenient unloading when working on the roadside or in restricted areas. The operator can turn the mounted section easily and change the operating position, rather than manually moving vehicles and machinery saving time and reducing hassle.

8. High working efficiency

These are very rugged wood chipping / shredding machines that deal with everything you can throw at them - from round wood to tree branches. Chippings from the wood chipper can be used as mulch or to reduce material volume for off-site disposal. Hourly output can be reach to 8-10 m3/hour.
