1.What is your MOQ? Can I mix in colors?

Our MOQ is 100pcs, but will recommend in MOQ of 300pcs cuz it is worthable.

2.Can we change the Logo to ours?

We have Logo on the color box, device and UI, therefore we will require MOQ in 1000pcs.

3. What is the delivery time?

For products we have in stock, we can ship within 2-3 days after receiving your payment.

If the quantity is in big order, this will take 3-4 weeks time in production after confirmation of details.

4. What about the Warranty?

We provide 1 year warranty. We are very confident in our products, we pack and assemble them very well. Usually you will recieve your order in good condition. But to avoid any subsequent trouble regarding quality issue. please let us know the details if there's any damaged one. So we can deal with it accordingly. and depending on your quantity, we will attach some spare units in order to prevent the cost in shipping.
