Questions 1: Can I make my own logo/color /shape ?

Answer 1 : Yes, of course ,any customized size,logo, shape,color ,

every request is welcomed.

Questions 2 : What kind of material ?

Answer 2 : we mainly make paper printing products, how to choose the

cardboard is based on your needs, we have thick cardboard,white /black/

grey cardboard,kraft paper,corrugated board,special paperboard , etc .

Question 3 :About the artwork ...

Answer 3 : we are able to make it be gloss or matte lamination or varnishing ,

silver or gold or other stamping , embossing, UV,etc effects .

Question 4 : What your MOQ ? Do you accept small order ?

Answer 4: our Moq is 1000pcs per design,but if you only need hundreds,no

problem,but the price may higer than MOQ's.

Question 5 : How can I make sure the color and quality is what i want ?

Can i make sample before place bulk order ? how much for the sample

cost ? Bulk delivery time

Answer 5 : yes, that's fine to make sample first, sample cost is based on the

artwork . sample time is 5-10days. bulk production time is : 7-20days,according

to the exact quantity and artwork.

Question 6: Shipping

Answer 6: For large quantity,usually ship via SEA, if you have forwarder,we just

need to deliver the goods to the seaport , if you have no ,we could offer C&F or

CIF or DDP or DDP price ,take care of the whole process .

For small quantity,we suggest ship via Express, Like DHL,UPS,FEDEX, you

are free to provide us freight collect account or we arrange shipping for you .

Question 7: How can I place order ?

Answer 7 : after all details confirmed, we send you Invoice or contract for

order approval .

Question 8: How can I pay ?

Answer 8 : you are free to choose the payment methods according to

amount,T/T,Western union ,Pay pal ,L/C at sight (large order)

Question 9: What kind of format use for printing ?

Answer 9 : High quality / clearly PDF/AI/Photoshop/CDR format file are

welcome for printing ,if you have no artwork design file, our designer could

help you design or provide you blank die cutting lines for you to add the text .

Question 10 : I am not sure what kind of material /box shape/design

suitable for my products, can you suggest ?
