1. Within 1 Warranty Period, maintenance and repair services are for free due to quality defects of the machine by email & videos and we will prepare some spare parts for you before shipping. While, maintenance cost should be charged cause of artificial reason damaged.

2. If you ask us to Send the technicians to debug machine only if you agree to pay for their traveling, return-tickets, food & accommodation and visa application spending and daily cost.
