[Introduction]

DAH high concentrated dye fixing agent is applied in the after-treatment of dyed textiles by reactive, direct, and sulfur dyes. Reactive groups contained in the molecules can greatly improve textile fastnesses.

[Usage of dye fixing agent]

l. Dilution method: dilute high-condensed dye fixing agnet into normal concentration for use, usually 4-6 times (have reached first-class level in the industry), then dilute with tap water in normal temperature. Or dilute upon customer's requirement.

2. Before color fixation, please completely bleach dyed fabric (soap if necessary) in order to remove residual dye, salt, and alkali to ensure the sequent dye-fixing effect.

3. Recommend general dosage and processes

A. Dipping method

Diluted dye fixing agent 2-3% (o.w.f)

Bath ratio 1 : 15-20

Temperature & time 30-50°C x 15-20 minutes

Soaped dyed cloth---dip in 30-50°C dye-fixing scouring liquid - - -for 15-30 minutes---wash --dry

B. Padding method

Diluted dye fixing agent 20-30g/L

Soaped dyed cloth--- two-dip-two-dry dye-fixing scouring liquid in room temperature---dry
