Yes. If you can not buy our product in your local area we will ship a sample to you. You will be charged a sample price plus all related shipping costs. Express delivery charge depends on the quantity of the samples.

We supply 1% FREE easy damaged spare parts on basis electric bikes container order. Should you have problems due to part defect, please email us with pictures so as to see the problem. If we find the part is defective we will send the appropriate parts to you via Air Express. It is suggested to buy parts also so as to have stock for future customer service. If you have any problem in after-sale service.

Knowledge of electric bikes

1.. What is PAS?

PAS, the full name is pedal assistant system.

There is no throttle with it and pedaling must be required. Under the work of intelligent torque sensor, only when the rider is pedaling could the engine work and then the physical effort is minimum. As this "Pedaling-Electric assist"(PedElec) mode won't deliver motor power unless it senses you are pedaling, which is a combination of regular "human power" and "electric power", electric bikes with PAS are the hot seller. People like this kind of "smart assist power" which kicks in when you pedal up and then you will feel that it's like someone pushing you along! This kind of hybrid-powered vehicles could save much muscular effort and usually has a longer travelling distance.(Usually we call it PAS or PedElec mode)
