Note: the main picture shows one of the successful project we installed for WALMART supercenter in Shenzhen, China, which handles more than 600 parking spaces and more than 10,000 vehicle flows every day, it runs more than 1 year and our customers are very happy with our system.

This car parking system is mainly for the revenue and parking access control application, in other word, this system if for the car accessing the parking lot and charging for the period they stay inside. it could easily combine with car lift system, or suitable for the owner who want to manage their parking lot and charge the hourly/monthly parking according to the parking period and vehicle types.

This parking ticket payment system is built based on LAN network and all client point must connect with central server PC, the most seen problem is the ticket dispenser and communication problem, such as ticket jam, or power interference from different components, so we choose most reliable ticket dispenser from ATM machine in all of our finished projects in past years and this ticket dispenser has been approved to be very reliable, as for the power interference from components, we add some protection or isolation circuit in our control board, which makes our core control board is very stable in various of environments.

The most complicated project we finished is for Maputo internation airport in Mozambique, it has around 10,000 vehicles parking every day, and it requires no bug for guard manually fraudulence during operation, such as ticket being reused, scanning different ticket for different vehicle, every gate openning event must be recoded with a picture no matter if this openning is activated by card, ticket or release button.

Notice:

In some situations, some hourly parkers forget to take the ticket and drive into the parking lot, so he has nothing to show at the pay center/exit and this would easily cause argument(he could complaint why the system doesn't provide clear sign and let them pull of the ticket).

So we have 2 options for ticket dispenser:

At the entrance station, barrier raises ONLY after the ticket is pulled off
At the entrance station, barrier raises after the ticket is printed(no matter if it is pulled off or not)

Process of hourly parker parking:

1. The vehicle comes to the entrance barrier and check if there is available spaces from LED sign
2. The hourly parker then presses the button to take a ticket from entrance cabinet and enter
3. When the hourly parker finishes his issue and drives the vehicle to the exit station
4. Hourly parker hands back the ticket to the operator and operator scan the ticket on the ticket scanner
5. Operator charges the hourly parker parking fee according to PC software calculation result
6. Operator presses the release button to open the barrier to let the visitor leave
7. Monthly/yearly parkers can self-read the card to free pass through the entrance/exit barriers
8. System records all parking events as report(PDF format), including vehicle access control history, hourly payment history, monthly charge history, manual open gate query etc. (manual open gate means once the operator opens the barrier the camera would take a picture and this will be saved in manual open query report, and the manager could click the event to check the picture of that moment to see if the operator opens the barrier without charging the parking fee)

Process of monthly parker parking:

1. Monthly parkers could charge the monthly fee every 1 or 2 months

2. At the usual period, he doesn't need to pay everytime and just simply enter and exit the parking lot

Notice:

We could setup the monthly card with function of anti-passback, which means the card must enter and exit by cycle and repeated entry or repeated exit is not allowed.
