COMPOSITION

Extract of the root of astragalus and codonopsitis.

PHARMACOLOGICAL ACTION

1. Both of astragalus and codonopsitis are adaptogens that have excellent function to aid the immune system.

2. Astragalus can induce the production of interferon, an important natural chemical that aids the immune system.

3. Astragalus is known to increase the white blood cell count, and stimulate the growth of antibodies and create a resistance to both virus and bacteria.

4. Astragalus is helpful to on-going stress and to assist the body to have a greater resistance to infection.

5. Codonopsitis promotes the production of body fluids. Codonopsis is also an excellent blood tonic and a major immune system tonic.

6. Codonopsis helps increase quantity of milk and strengthen the digestive and respiratory functions.

7. Codonopsis also has interferon-inducing activity.

8. Codonopsis improves the function of macrophages.

INDICATION

1. It can be used to improve the immune system of pigs, cows and hens and strengthen their ability to resist infectious diseases.

2. It can be used in milking sow and cow to increase their quantity and quality of milk.

3. It can be used in laying and breeding hens to improve the egg production and quality of eggs.

4. It can be used to reduce the stress in pigs and chickens during vaccination.

CONTRADICATION

Not recommended to use in febrile diseases.

MODE OF ADMINISTRATION

Orally, thoroughly mixed into feed or dissolved in drinking water.

In order to reach uniform homogenization with feed, it is recommended to mix the measured quantity of the preparation on stages in the following order: up to 10 kg feed; up to 100 kg feed; and up to 1000 kg feed.
