Contruction Condition:

Surface treatment: oil removing,cleaning,drying.

Supporting diluent: T- 508 series.

Diluent ratio: oil:water ≤ 1:1.2 depending on contruction requirements,amply with GB24613-2009.

Contruction viscosity: 9 - 20s (NK-2 viscosity cup) depending on construction requirements.

Ink film thickness; 15 - 25 um(thermometer)

Drying condition:

Dry to touch time: about 30 mins / 30 °c.

General drying time: about 24hours / 30 °c .

Barbebue time(50-70°c): more than 30 mins,depending on customer requirements.

Storage condition: one year / 25°c store in a dry cool place away from light.

Attentions:

Fully stired well before use,please store in a dry and cool place keeping away from fire after use.

By the addition of N-100 upon dilution (3~5%) to improve packaging performance,

Clean clampings with wash water T-530 immediately after spaying,use wash water gun T-111 to clean spay gun,to prevent cross contamination unexpected.

Safety protection:

Good air circulation is necessary when under contruction.

Gets into eyes, immediately rinse with water or medical treatment.

This product amply with security standard as ASTM F963-08,EN71 Part 3 : 1994,Japan Part 3 : 1.5,16 of 2002,CFR 1303,CHPACH-3 Schedule I Part I Item 9,GB 6675-2007,RoHS ,2005/84/EC.
