4.How long will you sovle the problem from the final customer's feed back?

We have 24 hours services,and we'll give you reply as soon as we get the feedback,and then analyse the problem by the technology department, management department, workshop department,and then we'll reply through export department in 2 days.

5.what will you do if the mass products are different from the sample?

First ly, when we sigh the contract ,this term will be wrote. We'll give you compensate if it's dfferent from the sample.
