Performance and usage:

The coating Drying fast, high hardness, paint film is smooth and bright, good gloss and color retention,Good adhesion and mechanical properties. Widely used in surface coating as automotive plastic decoration, toys, crafts, surface spray racks and other various PP plastic parts.

Characteristic:

1, No need to use PP water as the substrate, PP oil coating can be directly spraying painted on various PP plastic substrates.

2, Greatly saves cost & time on PP coating, resistance to boiling water for more than 2 hours

Construction data:

Construction method: brushing / roller coating / air spray / airless spraying

Diluent: should be consistent with the instruction carefully,too much diluent , will cause flow resistance reducing hanging and decrease film thickness.

Application period is not restricted.

Surface treatment:

Require clean & dry construction surface.

Limitation:

Paint temperature should be higher than 15 °C itself, in order to ensure construction performance well,construction environment temperature should be less than 35 °C, temperature construction is forbidden.construction surface temperature should be 3 degrees higher than the dew point temperature to prevent condensation.

Attention should be paid to the freezing on surface,that will affect coating adhesion ability.paint on high tempreture place will cause paint film into white,please add moisture resistant agent.

Safety protection:

Good air circulation is necessary when under contruction.

Gets into eyes, immediately rinse with water or medical treatment.

This product amply with security standard as ASTM F963-08,EN71 Part 3 : 1994,Japan Part 3 : 1.5,16 of 2002,CFR 1303,CHPACH-3 Schedule I Part I Item 9,GB 6675-2007,RoHS ,2005/84/EC.
