Product Description

1. Characteristic:

One -part, acetoxy room temperature cure, easy to apply.Excellent contact-change ability, no seasonal limited use.Excellent adhesion to most building materials. Outstanding weatherproofing ability, with service life of tens of years.

2. Usage:

They are mainly used in joints adhesion and seal among the glass, tiles, ceramics, aluminum, and fiber glass, powder-coated and non-oily wood.

1. Clean with solvents such as toluene or acetone to keep the substrate surfaces completely clean and dry.

2. For better appearance cover outside of joint areas with masking taps before application.

3. Cut nozzle to desired size and extrudes sealant to joint areas.

3.Use limitations:

Don't use to the joints, which is hidden in earth for long time.Don't use in areas where no moisture has.Don't use in places where have permeated grease, plasticizer or solvent such as wood permeated oil, uncured or half-cured resins, etc.The surfaces coated with paint are unsuitable for sealant.

5. Acetoxy Silicon Sealant Color:

Clear, gray, white optional. special color also is welcome.

6.Storage and usable life:

When stored at dry and airy, 27°C or lower temperature conditions in the original unopened container, IDEABOND 668 has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture.
