Verlocking:	A method of creating a fabric edge around the sonic cut areas of the badge
Die Cutting:	If your product requires a patches in a custom shape (for example a heart) this can be programmed into our advanced software. Overlocking is possible on Die Cut badges.
Backing:	A backing gives the patches stiffness, structure and support when sewing into the target garment.
Iron On Backing:	An industrial strength hot melt adhesive backing that can be applied to the back of the patch. Patches can then be securely applied to garments with a heat press or iron, where the special backing bonds firmly with the target garments fibres.
Self Adhesive Backing:	A high tack self adhesive backing that can be applied to the back of the patches. This would be for uses where the patch would be applied temporarily.
Velcro Backing:	The velcro that can be applied to the back of the patch.
