OVERVIEW:

Terralite is a range of exceptionally decorative natural marble coatings, exhibiting remarkably weather resistant properties. It is designed primarily for exterior surfaces, to satisfy the most demanding architectural requirements. Terralite is supplied as a ready-mixed for application product, in a range of attractive multi-colour finishes.

PROPERTIES:

Terralite is formulated from natural coloured marble chippings, dispersed in an acrylic binder, and supplied ready for use in a paste form. Once hardened it becomes highly weather resistant, washable and abrasion resistant. It provides an excellent protective, vapour permeable coating, with high resistance to chemical and marine atmospheric corrosion and fading.

AREA OF USE:

Exterior and interior facades of concrete,cement rendering and wood, on commercial and industrial complexes, housing complexes and is particularly effective in areas of severe

climatic exposure.

Product: Natural coloured marble coating in paste form.

Binder: Pure acrylic.

Filler Material: Granular marble chippings.

Additives: Chemical resistant and adhesion promoting agents.

Coating Thickness: 2mm

Consumption Fine: 3.5Kg/m2

Specific Gravity: 1.75

Weather Resistance: Weather resistant and washable. Also resistant to chemical corrosion,

marine atmospheres, sulphurous vapours, oils, grease, paraffin and petrol.

Fire Resistance: Does not support combustion or emit noxious or dangerous vapours.

Durability: Life expectation of 10 years, depending on climatic conditions, if correctly

applied.

Packaging: 25kg plastic pails.

Storage: 12 months in original unopened containers.
