Initial sample will be send to client. We will revise the initial sample according to client's requirements then send the revised sample to client. We will send the PP (pre-production) sample once every detail has been confirmed. After client accepted the PP sample, we can start bulk production. TOP (top of production) sample can be sent depends on client's requirements.

Our staffs may report progress everyday if client wish so.

All sample fees should be transfered via Paypal or T/T. Clients will get refund once balance paid off.

Q: Can you do my design?

A: Yes, of course we can. We can make sample depends on your pictures or drawings. We also do OEM if you want to make change.

Q: Can you lower the MOQ?

A: Normally, our MOQ for tops/blouses/shirts/shorts is 300 pieces, 200 pieces for dresses. But it can be negotiated if you really interested in the styles and want to test market.

Q: Lead time for a sample?

A: If every detail is confirmed, 3-7 days.

Q: Do I have to pay for sample, how much do I have to pay if yes?

A: For new customer, the sample fee is refundable. It will be refunded once order is confirmed and deposit for production is paid. Sample fee = cost of style * 2.5 (e.g. cost of style is US $20, then you have to pay US $50)
