Application method:Spray

Composition: rubber paint (agent A):hardener(agent B):thinner(agent C)=10:1:3

Operating steps:

1.Surface treatment: Clean the surface,make sure the surface is clean and smooth,no granule and grain

2.Base Paint: Choose suitable priming coat (Sometimes base paint is not needed,it mainly depends on your product material)

3.Rubber Coating:

a. Mix the three agent at the said proportion,then stir well

b. Filter the well-mixed paint through gauze

c. Put the workpiece into the oven after 5 minutes

4.Drying: To be baked at 75°c for about 30 min

Attention: Please use up the paint in two hours after mixed well

Packaging:3KG(golden rectangular can)

Storage: *tightly closed in a cool and ventilated place,keep away from fire and heat

*storage temperature 0~40°C

*storage container cannot be exposure to thermal radiation

*the shelf life is 12 months since the day of produce
