Production Description

HYA is copper conductor solid polyolefin insulation PVC flame retardant sheath local communication cable.

The annealed pure copper wire insulated with high density polyethylene, each two different color insulated

wires twisted into a pair. The cable core is composed of twisted wire pair. After a layer of Mylar Polyester

is applied to act as moisture barrier, the cable is completed with a PVC outer sheath It is used for

transmitting audio frequency signals, analog signal up to 150kHZ or digital signals up to 2048kbit/s and in

certain condition can carry digital signals, which is higher than 2048kbit/s.

Structure

1.conductor: Solid annealed copper wire. Copper wire diameter 0.4-0.6(mm).

2.Insulation: High-density polyethylene, and marked in accordance with all chromatographic insulated wire color.

3.insulated wire right: to a single insulated wire according to different pitch twisted pairs and carry out scientific configuration; to minimize crosstalk and adopt provisions in order to identify the line of the chromatographic combination right.
