Tomato concentrate production line consists of five main parts: fresh tomato receiving
system, fresh tomato washing and sorting system, crushing and refining system,
concentration system, sterilization system. Washing the fresh tomato, enhancing, sorting,
crushing and refi ning, concentrated sterilizing, aseptic fi lling into big drums. The production
line’s feature can fi nish a large amount of products within a very short fresh tomato maturity
period. Normal packing style are 220L and 1200L aseptic drum. And this production line can
do the similar fruit and vegetable products, such as pepper, pumpkin, carrot and etc.
