Tube / Pipe material: both outer and inner tube are aluminium

Please kindly note this model can only use aluminium tube. If you need iron tube trolley handle, please contact with us for

other models or moulding opening.

Tube color: outside original color inside back gun

For internal trolley handle, outside tube can be original color; for external trolley handle, we suggest outside to be black or

same color as inside tube.

Original color: means the pipe will not have any anodizing color, only keep what it looks like originally

Reason: for internal trolley handle, outside tube mostly will be hidden in the bag, which people can not see from outside.

To make outside tube orginal color, first customer can save some money, second, it is can save time for anodizing. For

external trolley handle, outside tube will be appeared.

More choices for inner tube color:

Both outer tube and inner tube color can be customized. If your color is different from any of the colors above, please kindly

contact with us for how to make customized colors.

Handle material: ABS

The handle cover can be made by paiting and electroplating as well. The colors of the handle cover can be customized,

please kindly note.

Question 01: Are you a factory or a trading company?

Answer 01: We are a factory for luggage and bag accessories, such as trolley handles, luggage wheels, luggage grips, locks, foot stands, etc.

For the chemical test, normally we take RoHs or REACH. Depend on customer's requests.

Question 02: What kind(s) of business tearms you can do? What will be your payment terms?

Answer 03: Normally we accept Exwork, FOB, CNF/CFR, CIF (ICD), for some countries we can do DDU and DDP. We accept T/T, L/C, Western Union, Paypal, etc.

Question 03: If I am interested in your products, can you supply samples?

Answer 05: We can supply one free sample for each model. But if the total sample quantity reaches 3, we will charge sampling fee.

Question 04: What will be your lead time?

Answer 06: For samples, our lead time will be 5-7 days; for mass cargo, normally speaking, 25 to 30 days.

Question 05: I have my own designs, can you open moulds for us?

Answer 07: Sure. We have our own designing team. But if the annual quantity is less than 100,000 pcs, we will check our real situation first,

then decide whether the mould should be opened or not.

Question 06: Which countries you have exported to?

Answer 08: Our main market is Europe since we focus on higer level market. We have exported to France, Germany, Austria, Sweden, USA,

Australia, Nigeria, Thailand, Vietnam, South Africa, Russia, India, Pakistan, etc.

Question 07: We never import from China, can you help us to arrange?

Answer 09: Sure. We have professional logistics teams as well. We can help customer to arrange the delivery.
