♦ Introduction:

“KY-LMCP” LOCAL MOTOR CONTROL PANEL( geneator switchboard ) are designed, manufactured and

type-tested in compliance with IEC 61439-2, BSEN 61439-2 and GB7251.1. “KY-LMCP” is suitable

for group control system in industrial assembly and commercial AHU and pumping systems.

Standard products are structured by “KY” cubicle or assembled. The degree of protection

range is as wide as IP31~65. A 1980mm height LMCP can accommodate six 15kW direct-

on-line or star-delta starters. For 3-phase 415V starter, 150kW can be reached whatever

DOL, star-delta, auto-transformer or soft-starter is adopted.

♦ Technical specification of geneator switchboard :

1. Rated current: 6300A

2. Rated operating frequency: 50Hz / 60Hz

3. Temperature rise test: in compliance with BSEN 61439-2 & GB7251.1

4. Short circuit withstand capacility: in compliance with BSEN 61439-2&

GB 7251.1. 50kA 1 second

5. Degree or protection: Standard production is IP31 in accordance with IEC 60529.

The enclosure can be built to IP65 according to customer requirement.

6. Form of construction: Standard construction is Form 3 as per BSEN 614391 requirement.

It can be built to Form 1 2, and 4 upon request.

7. Busbar: tinned busbar in compliance with BSEN 13601. The busbar system are

type-tested in accordance with BSEN 61439-2 & GB7251.1
