Usage: HX series EAF is used to smelt quality carbon steel and various kinds of alloy steel. Its capacity ranges from 1.5t to 150t.
Features:
According to power matching, HX series EAF can be grouped into normal power, high power, and ultra high power. According to operation type, it can be divided into two types: left operation and right operation. The furnace cover can be rotated for material feeding. The complete equipment is reasonably designed, with reliable operation and excellent performances.

Embedded neural network intelligent electrode regulator

Usage:
This kind of regulator is currently the most advanced regulator at home and internationally advanced as well, integrating the embedded system with high reliability and high performance and the neuron control algorithm. Due to the application of WinCW.NET operation system, it has features of high reliability, abundant graphical interfaces and powerful network. Using embedded intelligent regulator in EAF and LF can realize the optimal control of steelmaking process, the on-line adjustment and real-time monitoring of dynamic parameters, which saves electricity, reduces the loss of electrodes and refractory, and finally greatly improve theeconomic benefit.

Two kinds of cabinet:
(1) Arrange embedded system into the control board, arrange displayer on the vertical panel
(2) control cabinet + control board. Arrange embedded system into the control cabinet. On control desk panel, there are only buttons and instruments, which makes it easy to operate.

Embedded system software:

Application software in input &output board contains data acquisition software and regulator control software.
Intelligent regulator features:
Regulator has isolated signal converting card and high speed board card. Signal acquisition speed is 60 k/s.
Dynamic calculation of electrical parameters such as effective values of current and voltage, active power, apparent power, reactive power, COSΦ, power consumption (KWH), and arc length. Display of values in curve.
Regulator has three groups of built-in power consumption curves. According to the transformer characteristic curves and different operational requirements, use a switch to choose the curve. Three groups of curves can be modified online.
Regulator has three groups of sensitivity coefficient, to meet the requirements on different materials and different smelting stages. The coefficient can be modified online.

Regulator has compensation factors to compensate differences among three-phase servo valves and meet with regulator characteristic requirements. The coefficient can also be modified online.
Regulator running accuracy can be adjusted, to ensure the deviation between running value and set value ≤3%
Regulator adopts expert system and neural network intelligent control. Three-phase unbalance degree ≤ 4%.
The regulator has two kinds of working mode: manual and automatic. The manual operation is prior.
Regulator has the function of non-conductivity.
Arc current setting range is 25% ~ 125%.
Network communication function.
Any attempt to modify the running current (i.e., given current) and other parameters shall be with password, to ensure safe operation.

The signal input and output board card of embedded intelligent regulator is intelligent, with independent CPU and 40MHZ clock.

Inside the CPU, there is not only data acquisition program, but also control program. Once the embedded All-in-one mainboard breaks down, the input and output board card can replace the mainboard to regulate the electrodes. There is option switch on the control board, available for choice.
