We are either actual producers or sellers of record in all our contracts for sales of refined petroleum product (and crude oil) out of the Russian Federation.

We are able to provide sensible quantities of most refined product (downstream product) and feedstock (crude oil)

We handle CONTRACT SALES only, we do not make spot sales.

NB - we do not make offers, we respond to serious enquiries.

Enquiries must show full disclosure and be either from a direct buyer or his proven acredited representative.

We have specific procedures that can be sent upon application.

We welcome serious requests from professional, knowledgable people - all required proofs of our ability to perform on our contracts can be provided at the appropriate juncture in negotiations ..... we already have contracts in place for our purchase of crude oil from one of the Russian majors, we have processing agreements with refineries, tank farm and port storage agreements as well as permanent logistics " movement upon application" agreements with pipe and train transport companies.

We are not interested in ANY contact from brokers who are not DIRECTLY authorised by the actual buyer (proof of this will be required and full disclosure will be expected from the outset.)

The writer is a freelance consultant BUT is also on the board of directors of the selling company and is fully authorised to negotiate at ALL levels in a proposed contract.
