Key Production Process

The raw cast iron bath is fired in a kiln until the bath is almost at melting point but not

quite, so the bath holds its shape. It is then removed from the kiln and placed in a

porcelain application room where the first coat of porcelain is applied. It is then taken

back into the kiln. This process is repeated 3 times and is how the deep lustre

and strength of the vitreous enamel is achieved.
